Can’t believe we are on the first day of the love month. So here is a Valentine’s Day Date night Outfit for you to re create. I have been living mostly in comfy chic casual clothes on a Target run or just a regular trip to the grocery store. So this time, I decided I will be dressing up even if it means it is just a Date night at home. I can already envision this outfit being worn in a very romantic restaurant while drinking some wine.

Date Night Outfit: Black Jumpsuit if you will ever be going to a fancy dinner. This is a perfect classy style you can wear. Since it was our wedding anniversary was just last Monday. I am giving you this outfit inspiration in honor of it.
When I was creating this style I was actually thinking of going to like a fancy restaurant. Honestly, I don’t think we have ever been to a really fancy restaurant for a date. But if we will be, This is what I will be wearing. This look is more on to that kind of setting, the details of this jumpsuit which is very elaborate.
What also got me to pick this jumpsuit was the sleeves and the semi sheer pattern it creates. Also for those of you who still has some midsection to hide. The banded waistline is the best thing ever that can help you mask that part and it gives the slimming effect on the waist area. What made me say that its because I still have that post baby mommy tummy and wearing this jumpsuit makes it look like I do not have it anymore.
One downside of this jumpsuit is that, if you have a long torso. Then this will be an issue but it is true to size. The material is so soft and the leg area has a lot of room for you to move with ease. This jumpsuit has slimming effect that will make a person look slim and tall at the same time.

Good morning from Maryland! Today I am sharing to you what I will wear tonight for our date night. I am just so excited because we have not been able to go anymore since my dad went back home in April. So I was already looking at some simply casual look that I can wear to a urban garden style place we are going to tonight. Hint… Hint it is in Georgetown, DC. Just gonna chill while sipping some cocktails. It just gets me excited as if it was our first date again.
So in this look I just pulled on this cute ruffle top making me look younger again and just a pair of my favorite brand skinny jeans and white pumps. You all know me that I love blue and been loving the ruffle and gingham style lately. This is a easy style to just get of our closet when you are in a rush. Good morning lovelies! Since Valentine’s day is in two weeks. I am glad to share to you this outfit I wore when my husband and I had a mini vacation by ourselves at the Marriott Hotel Manila, Philippines. We just celebrated our being together since we started dating back in 2000. We took the opportunity to do this since we were back home and our parents were just so happy to take care of their grandchildren (our kids) with open arms since they missed them so much.
We really enjoyed our overnight stay there. We reminisced so much about all the things we used to do when we were still in the Philippines. We watched Star Wars the movie at Mall of Asia, went to the Hotel’s Happy Hour and at the Hotel lounge we got to listen and got to wear this beautiful Dress from Oasap. You wouldn’t believe it was under $20 because the material looks and feel great. It was very appropriate for that place since it was a 5 star Hotel. I must say I was simply well dressed.
Date Nights can be anything. It is not just dining out at a fancy restaurant kind of thing. It is the presence of love with the company of each other. Weather be it going to the movies at the park, sitting by the lake watching the sunset, getting some ice cream and just eating it inside the car, stargazing from the roof top. Our Patio Furniture Update
So it is Patio season again and we all can’t wait to be able to stay there comfortably like last year. If you have been following me, you know we hang out here a lot for date night, family outdoor movie nights and sometimes we also have put the inflatable pool there for the kids.

This year we updated our rug, added 2 new outdoor accent chairs and bought a new Grill and got us a bigger one and the one that uses propane instead of charcoal.

I am so glad to have ever hosted a small group of friends for Easter and they are really loving the vibe and the ambiance of the patio. It was a good space to chit chat, grill and have a few drinks. I wanted to put out the outdoor movie night but it was going to be Monday the next day. I just love how this space we have here turned out to be our new hangout spot at the house. We found a gem, we would have not discovered this or do this if we did not have to quarantine last year.
I also love how the next spot were we have the air conditioner turned out after adding the artificial grass. We added different plants this time around as you can see here. We add up some daffodils and hibiscus at the back. next up will show you guys our front porch.

Life Lately Update this Spring Time

Omg! It is already April 1st, where did March go? Anyways, just checking in on everyone. How is everyone holding on in the situation? As for me, I am still working as I am considered an essential employee as a physical therapist. I am actually scared that I will encounter patients that have the corona virus. I am actually praying for all of us healthcare worker to have the proper PPE to use for us to be able to provide care and safety for everybody around us.
Another thing, the kids are at home because their school is cancelled until April 24th here in Maryland, my husband’s work has been affected by this so he is at home with the kids doing all the home schooling for them while I am at work. When I get home, I make sure I sanitize everything that I wore and touch and go straight to the shower before I touch my precious family. You know, we don’t know where our enemy is the virus. On a good note, we have more bonding time as a family, we actually have a lot of time spending it in the backyard when the weather permits and bike ride in the neighborhood. Also a lot of movie nights and game nights as well. We are also enjoying doing Tiktok and a lot of jamming time as we as a family love music. We actually started doing Friday night live on my personal Facebook and our family and friends are enjoying it. Since my blog is more of fashion and lifestyle, not sure is you all will appreciate it if we do a live on my Instagram.
So as for this pretty outfit here, yes I was able to break this in here in the neighborhood next to my neighbor’s tree here. Since not too many people outside here, I was able to enjoy this shoot with the hubs carefree as you can see here in the picture. This top is true to size and perfect for a high waist jeans like the one I am wearing right now. These Levi’s jeans are so comfy and so obsessed with the cute hem. And still in love with all things Tory Burch bags….

Hello everyone! I decided to give a bumpdate for all those new followers and for those who have been following all along. I am currently resting in bed as I was not able to report to work today. Decided to relax because I have been having contractions lately just like yesterday. After church when we were on our way for brunch at the restaurant. I started feeling hard contractions and they were 5 mins apart and it really is pulling on my back and it hurts. It only lasted for close to an hour as it stopped as soon as we got home and I was able to lay in bed. I must be tired I guess because I did some house cleaning earlier in the morning.
Mt thought was maybe baby Andi is getting so excited because she already had 3 baby showers and pretty much all she needs are here. But that is the last thing I want. I want her to be born healthy and reach her full term at birth just like my other two babies. That is why I decided to take another day off because being a Physical therapist as my day job can be exhausting.
I am 5 weeks close to my due date or let us say 3 weeks if she decides to come out on 38 weeks which is also considered full term. We all cannot wait to see her and give her all the love that she deserves. I do have a lot of pregnancy problems.. like my varicose veins coming out (the reason behind me wearing a lot of maxi dresses), back aches, sleepless nights. I can still endure all of them, I just want her to be safe and healthy when she comes out. I just want to air this to all pregnant mommas. We all know that the struggle is real and it is truly a hard work on our part but it is all worth it and very rewarding, I am also happy to have a very supportive husband, kids, family and d=friends around me. I wouldn’t be able to do this on my own. I salute all the single moms out there!
All we can do now is stay calm and keep praying right? Only God knows what is in store for us. Also to read about my two other bumpdates here and here.
I am writing this not to scare anybody who is trying to get pregnant but spread awareness on pregnancy and what it is all about. If pregnancy is that bad. How in the world we are over populated right? lol! kidding aside, being pregnant and becoming a mother is the most wonderful job we can have in the world. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
