I just wish that I wear this kind of outfits everyday at work. Being a Physical therapist I have to wear scrub suit. And let me tell you, there is this lady , the manager at the business office at work and she really dresses well. She walks confidently in it like a true Boss lady! That is what I was projecting while I was doing this shots here. Also do not ever forget that confidence is the best outfit ever, if you have it, it shows and you will really nail any look you have for that day.

As for this shirt dress, it is so flattering with belted style and the stripes are just creating this illusion making you look taller and if you are not into wearing heels. You can wear pointed toe flats or if you are a sneaker girl, you also make use of it, it will also make a good combination. As for the purse, this shirt dress also goes well with everything. This will also make a good transitional dress for Summer to Fall. You just need to add a light coat or jacket.
