Today marks my second year in blogging and I am still thinking how I made it? On this post I will talk about ways on how to get motivated? This really applies to everything that we want to achieve in life.

First thing is you have to ask your self why? Why do I wanna do this (blog, workout and etc?).  It is actually my self expression of myself and I consider this my personal magazine as I have talked about on this post. I am here to inspire other women like me and spread positivity.

Second is you have to create a plan as to how you will execute it to achieve all the reasons why. Once you have that in place, Just start! There will be times that you will feel tired. If I do feel it what I do is I have this picture (a vision) in my mind that if I continue to do this right and follow the plans I have put in place I am already doing the things that I dreamt I will be. I am actually envisioning me being successful and how will I get to that is to keep going. Or if you don’t have that imagination. Make a vision board of you on how you see yourself on what you want to become.

The main focus is WHY, HOW and just keep going. Another most important thing is surround your self with people who believes in you and that will lift your spirits up. If you don’t have support and all you have is people that tells you you can’t do it. It is actually another fuel to stay motivated and prove to them that you can. Do you agree! This part actually really works for me as I always want to show those negative people that I can do it.

As you may notice I am not a good write but I tried to express myself the best I can. I would suggest you read motivational books too. What I have loved is the book the secret. I also created a playlist of songs that motivates me. So every time I feel like not doing anything. I will play those songs and it will keep me going.

I hope this helps because this helps me making it to second year of blogging. I am still here to give inspiration to all of you who has been there since I started this blog.
