Can’t believe it is already almost a week since we celebrated Thanksgiving. Next thing we know it is already Christmas. Today I am sharing another daily casual look that has a little style in it. I am wearing this Cozy tie sleeve oversized sweater. It is so comfy and warm that you will not need extra layer. Another thing that I discovered about me, I thought I will look big if I will wear oversized sweater but it actually creates the opposite and will make me look thinner. I paired it with my favorite fall boots this season that I have been wearing a lot lately. The color and the texture is easy to pair with everything.
I recommend this style just to add some spice to your daily wardrobe. You will not look like a boring Plain Jane sweater. I wore this just strolling around Downtown Alexandria, my favorite place in town. You will feel like you were in Europe surround by small stores and cafes.

Happy Monday all! Today I am sharing this coziest fall outfit my Fuzzy Knit dress that I wore this weekend. It was so warm and comfy that I did not have to add another layer, It worked well with the riding boots I was wearing. We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend weather which was in the upper 50’s to low 60’s. This was a perfect strolling outfit or just a regular casual everyday style that you can wear all day. I also own a sweater that I had for years, they are for keeps!!
So tell me about your weekend? Did you shop until you drop with all the major sales left and right? For the first time I went Black Friday shopping in an outlet mall near us. I usually never get the chance to do it since I work in healthcare and we always have work on Holidays. But this year I decided to take a day off but honestly not really into going to the mall because I know it will be so crowded and will have to wait in loooong lines. I was right, so I guess online shopping is still the best bet for me.
That being said, here are some of the amazing sales going on this Cyber Monday! Been really waiting for this moment to complete my Holiday wishlist and gifts.
It’s Black Friday lovelies and it means a lot of major sales going on. Let me tell you something. Since I work in the healthcare system I have always worked on Thanskgiving and Black Friday. But today, I took a day off and will actually try to go to the mall to snag some good sales just to experience it. My in laws who are here with us from the Philippines wanted to experience it as well so we will all go. Follow along on my instastories and see how it goes.
Aside from going to the physical store I am also doing a lot of online shopping and most of the items I recently wore on the blog are on sale. Just like My favorite store Boohoo is having 60% off everything using the code: BOOM I already have a lot of items in my shopping cart that I have been eyeing for days…. CUTE
This dress feels soft and warm and you will feel glamorous and comfy at the same time. You can also wear an over the knee boots with it. Charlotte Russe has this $20 on all boots and this Grey over the knee boots is one of them.
I am also not shopping for myself but also for my loved ones. I partially started my Christmas shopping. I do not want to do it last minute like last year. I want everything wrapped already at least a few days before the day as we will be travelling to New York.
Nordstrom also has a lot of Black Friday deals to check out from. Amazon is another go to store for me with all good quality items with good prices.

This is it my lovelies, the Holiday that we have all been waiting for. We have a lot to be thankful for… our family, friends, pretty much everything we just have to view the glass half full. I am so excited and really on the Holiday mode because some of our relatives from New York are coming over to celebrate with us. Not only it is Thanksgiving day but also my father in laws birthday. This is his first time celebrating it here in the US. I will also for the first time set a thanksgiving table. Honestly, I haven’t done this in our 8 years of living here in the US. We always go to a friends house and celebrate there. Since relatives are coming over and we are celebrating a birthday in the family. We have decided to do it here at home and also for our kids to experience it like how an American will celebrate it because they are born and raised here.
Okay enough of all the talk. I just wore this casual look to be comfortable moving around to shop, I did it early in the stores like Best Buy as I do not want to be in line and bumping with other shoppers. It was actually a lovely feeling shopping and early sales are already out. For all other shoppers who does not want to go to the actual store and loves to shop online. One of the special Holidays that we have been waiting for is just a few days away and the next will be here soon too. I know I have 2 kids but sometimes, it is also good to have a mom and daughter bonding, it’s a girl thing! We both understand each other with our girly girly scheme. So I thought of having some mother and daughter Fall Adventures just here at home while my son was spending time with the grandparents.
Our backyard is just the right size but we have a bunch of trees which gave us enough leaves to play around. It is one of the wonderful times of the year seeing and playing with these beautiful colorful leaves. We also gave ourselves a treat with hot chocolate. This is another memory to treasure that she can remember growing up. Plus we were very comfortable moving around because of our warm and comfy shoes here from Koolaburra by UGG. Adi kept on telling me how she loves her new pair of boots. Such a good quality material and the design is really pretty.
Fun Facts about us Mom and daughter:
We both love to sing ( we are members of our church choir) and we both can play a little bit of guitar.
We both love art specially drawing!!
We enjoy baking together in the kitchen teaching her how to mix everything.
We love dressing up and doing fashion shoes inside the house.
We love doing movie nights.

It is the start of the work week and here is a powerful outfit to conquer the rest of the week. Wearing animal print is my other favorite during this season and I am glad to find this Leopard Faux Fur Coat to keep me chic and stylish. This coat kept me warm and the style I am really loving it. It matched my favorite ankle boots but you can also wear it with another leopard print shoes or a black shoes.
I was inspired to wear this because I saw one of the famous fashion style influencer was wearing it and mine is way cheaper than hers. I was also glad I was also able to make use of my husband motorcycle to add more spice to this photo shoot. Making the whole thing look fierce, Girlbosses!
What are you up to this week girl bosses? I have been working on this beautiful project and it includes my daughter. I am so exited to share them to you so stay tuned. I really enjoyed working with her and this is another girl bonding for us. She was so excited for this project too. I wanted to let my son join us but he went to the mall with the grandparents to hang out with them. Since we haven’t seen them in 2 years so they are spending time together. They are gonna be with us though for 6 months. Glad to be spending this season with them. This will be their first time celebrating the Holidays here.

Talking about Brand Influencer Event for Banana Republic Factory Experience. This has been a long overdue post for me. The Styling event happened 3 months ago and I am just now sharing my experience to all of you and how this experience boosted my self esteem as a fashion blogger.
I was so happy received the message from Chavon (assistant Manager) at Banana Republic Factory in Clarksburg, Maryland. She was inviting me to be the guest stylist for their event which was also the first for them. The concept was for them to put up a table were they showcase their new arrivals and for me as the guest to assist customers on their styling needs. As a fashion blogger, It was a big achievement for me to be able to do it.
First, I was able to showcase my style with the customers live. How? I was given a budget to get items from their store for me to wear. The dress I was wearing that day was a hit. A lot of people tried it on because thay said it really looked good on me. That is how an influencer work, right? You are able to influence other people try out products because they liked it on you. They can relate because I am not a model am one of them.
Second, I was able to help customers and gave them advice on what items works well together when they were trying it on in the fitting room. I felt so in demand because they were really calling me in the fitting to check the clothes on them and asking for my opinion and advice if it looks good or what will look good. I was able to make some customers get the item because I was bale to help them decide what to buy.
Third, The feeling of being able to help and boost other peoples self esteem as when they were trying on the clothes themselves.
Fourth, I was able to give big discounts to some family and friends, who doesn’t like discounts right?
Fifth, I was able to meet another blogger babe that really supports each other. I asked Tracey of @chiclassyspicy who is also a Maryland based blogger like me if she wants to join the party. And she did, she is such a sweet heart! Both of us were giving styling tips on the customer. That really made it even better because it felt like you were out with your girlfriend and you were helping each other finding the right outfit for you.
There was this lady, she came to the store because she was looking for outfit for her destination wedding pre-nup photo shoot. She was showing us a picture of the shoes she would want to wear and from there we were able to come up with an outfit for her. And do you know what that it? She actually fell in love with the very same dress I was wearing that day. We did not have the same body type but we both were able to give justice to the dress. But in my opinion she wore it better because she got those assets in the right places. If you know what I mean? Lol!
