Now let’s talk about saving space in your luggage, such as rolling clothes and using packing cubes. I always use my packing cubes because it is easy to sort all the clothes and put together pieces. I would also recommend using the vacuum sealed plastics. There is also an available option of using a carry-on bag to avoid checking luggage.

It is nice if you will just park your car at the port but if you are flying. always consider the weight of your luggage. Our first cruise port was in Florida and we had to fly coming from Maryland. It was a lot better the second time, we just drive and park our car at the New Jersey port and we did not have to worry about the weight of the luggages. This is another thought when packing outfits like the delicate items and avoiding wrinkles. You can not bring steamers or iron in the ship, if needed you have to pay extra and the crew will iron them for you.
