What I Wore for My Birthday Outfit This Year

Happy Friday Everyone! I just want to share my birthday outfit. I chose this look because it was a bit chilly but still sunny that day. And according to Chinese beliefs, it’s good luck to wear red on your birthday. I’m part Chinese, by the way!

So I pulled out this Self-tie Neck Blouse and paired it with these boyfriend jeans. If you’re curious about how boyfriend jeans compare to mom jeans, you can check out my post on boyfriend jeans vs. mom jeans.

To accessorize, I wore my favorite ankle-strapped heels and my Furla handbag. If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been using this handbag often, but I decided to add a fun touch with a cute fluffy charm I got from H&M.

This birthday outfit was so easy to wear, whether during the day or at night.

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a good weekend like me. Since it already feels like fall I had to get something from my closet that I feel is one of the fall colors. I said to myself, wearing a t-shirt for church is a good idea and I also wanted to put on the new necklace I got from HM. And when I wore them together, it was a good combination. I also matched my olive wedge sandals.

Product Review: Eshakti Dress

Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are having a good day. I just want to share this outfit for a product review from Eshakti.

I was emailed by Jane their media relation personnel inviting me to give a product review of their dress and as a token I will be given a free sample of their dress. She gave me the full details on how to order. The exciting part is that it is custom made so it should fit well. Good news to my readers, they have sizes from 0-36W. They have a guide on how to get measurements on their site. And Because I have been getting feedback that some of the outfit I had worn before inspired my readers they wanted the outfit but they don’t have their size. This time readers, this clothing company offers is customization, so size shouldn’t be a problem.

So, I was choosing an item but it took me a while to fulfill the measurement and when I got back the dress was not there. So I had to look for another dress and so lucky I found another style that I liked. Jane from Eshakti had this on the message she gave me “Products that are limited in fabric quantities or those that have already been chosen by 2-3 bloggers will be automatically removed from this link. We’re taking this approach to avoid having too many bloggers reviewing the same product. We know that it is no fun for you either.” So it was not a surprise for me when the first product that I was looking for was not there anymore.

I had given Jane my measurements and details on 8-18-15 and she emailed me the next day stating my order has been processed. That was quick! Then the next email I have received was on 8-31 stating they already shipped my order through DHL. The product arrived 2 days later which was not bad to think it came from India which is far.

When I saw the product, oh I soo loved it. The material is good, the fit is okay slightly loose on the bust line but it’s fine. Overall, the product is good! I’ll give it a 4/5.

What do you think basing from my review and the pictures?

All the comments I made about the product is mine and was not dictated to me by Eshakti. I want to give everybody the true statements from a customer point of view.

I am very happy about the product. I’m so glad everything went well, like I said, this is my first free product since I started blogging.

Dress for My Little Princess
