I am so thrilled having to post this mother and daughter Spring Dresses styles. When I told Adi that I want her to be in the picture with me, she really got excited. She loves wearing dresses like me when given a chance. She also liked the idea us wearing the flower crown. I explained to her that we are helping families to have food just by wearing it. Let me go back to those spring dresses. I have a lot of positive feedback when I post a picture of me and my daughter twinning. Since both of us loves to wear dresses, this post came up. The question is, How to wear all black outfit in the spring? Most of us of course are already in the mood to wear pastel colors, florals and the likes. As I have noticed that people are starting to break the rules. Just like the saying you cannot wear white after labor day, It is not true anymore! What I did is combined the all black to this denim vest and added a sprinkle of floral details with my handbag and nude flats. Something that you will not see regularly as the most common is wearing a denim jacket.

What I like about this look is that it can be worn all year round, Best look as well as in fall as it will be a good contrast to all the changing colors of the leaves. I would also recommend wearing this sleeveless trench coat or add a scarf . Those are the best bet to make all black lively and into spring season.

To break the all white look I added this blush pink sleeveless vest to add chicness to the look. It made the simply whites add some chicness to it and all the other neutral colors combined for the sandals and handbag. Can be worn as an everyday style that is easy to create.

I was so thrilled to share to you my first experience as blogger to attend an event. Also sharing my simple casual look at Kneipp Store Opening at the Pentagon Mall in Arlington, VA last week. As a blogger, you feel worthy when a company invites you to their store opening, right? It means they value you and what you have to say. Not only that, you I also get to know a good product to share to all of you and specially to all the people who lives in the DMV like I do.

In the event, I got to learn this new beauty and skincare product and got to try it and know more about their mission and vision as a company. It is a product of Germany and is making these natural products and concepts for health and well being. I like that they have good beauty products and what interests me is the stuff for wellness. As a PT I always deal with muscle and joint pain and they have products for those. I really loved them and used it already on my husband.

Another thing that I liked about them is their drive to fight against hunger. As you can see we were all wearing flower crowns here. There are 3 ways to help them with their campaign.

Hello everyone! Glad to be back again and moving as I have been down for few days because of the stomach virus. I have been literally in and out of the bathroom. It made me so weak that I get tired just by walking around a few steps. That is the reason for my MIA blog post last week. But here I am strutting again with this pretty floral maxi dress that is definitely a must have this spring/summer.

Even though you are not a dress person but it is always to have it in your wardrobe in case you need one. The one I am wearing here is so comfy and soft. As you can see I just added a denim jacket to it and it just in case the temp drops. It is so easy to style, you can wear it with heels or just a strappy flat sandals too like this. I must say that this is actually for Spring and summer style.

It is finally here you guys! To give some inspiration sharing my first day of Spring outfit here. I have been wearing a lot of spring clothes lately as I have been mentioning from my previous post that we have been getting a lot of spring type weather here in our area.

This look is a combination of my ever favorite style lately, the stripes and bell sleeves and added some chic ribbons to make this look a statement. I know I have worn these jeans and wallet bag here when I wore stripes too. If you are not into heels try some flat like this. But just to recreate something different I had to wear this white pumps. It is always fun to mix and match outfit right?

So happy to welcome spring as everything comes to life and you just see the beauty of those flowers blooming everywhere. Such a wonderful feeling!

It was another 70’s weather when I wore this Lace top and I matched it with this comfy white denim and added the black laser cut pumps to match my top. I am wearing these jeans again as worn here. I swear, it is the comfiest! I haven’t tried the brand Free People before and I think I will be shopping it again. I ‘m so pleased with the material and style of it. So going back to the lace top, you probably noticed that my style staple goes like this… lace, embroidered clothes, stripes and distressed jeans, ruffled tops and bell sleeves. I am just a fan of those styles and getting different variations of it.

I am so glad that we are on the last leg of winter. It did try to hit us with a bad storm but luckily the DMV was not hit hard. I am so done with this winter season. It’s really stylish to wear those layers and coats but hey, they can be heavy. Looking forward to Monday as I already shot my fab outfit that i am excited to share soon so stay tuned. I know you all stylish ladies like me will love it.

Hair Styling Tools to Try Now

As you all may have noticed. I have been styling my hair differently and putting on some make up now. When I started blogging, most of the time I will just brush my hair, put some lipstick on and mascara then I am done. But now, I really work on to complete the whole package on not just dressing up good but also looking good from head to toe. The most of it all is my crowning glory which is my hair. I noticed that this low maintenance hair style I created works good and it also makes my face look a little longer. I have always been insecure with the round shape of it when I use to do vtr’s. I have been approached to try this new product T3 styling iron I love it as it create this desirable curl and volume specially when I have photo shoots. It is very easy to use as the flat irons consistent heat silky and long lasting results for me. Unlike the previous flat iron that I use and it makes my thin hair even flatter and thinner.

To create some volume on my thin hair. I’ve tried this Featherweight i2 hair dryer and it is similar to most of the hair dryer to me but what I like is the comb that comes with it. It really do the work volumizing my hair. If you are looking for a change, give this product a try as it did work for me specially the flat iron.

Spring Forward with my Floral Embroidered Dress

It was a lovely Spring type weather when I wore this dress. As you all may notice the blooms behind me and it was also windy at the same time. I wore this strolling Annapolis again as we stayed there for a staycation for my husband’s birthday. I posted this today as we had to Spring forward and I thought this is a perfect outfit inspiration for it.

About the dress… the floral embroidery is perfect as it symbolizes spring. Another good note about this is its soft texture, it is a semi hi low back dress and long sleeves just a good coverage for the 60’s.. 70’s kind of weather. I paired it with this Chloe dupes I found at Marshalls and my favorite Zac Posen handbag as they are both neutral colors to balance out the whole look.

This outfit is perfect for a stroll or just hanging out with your friends on for a brunch. Such a comfy look and feel to wear and the dress is also true to size!

Happy Friday!! Another Spring look here on the blog even though it is 10 days from now. As you all know, we have been having this 70 degrees weather here in the DMV,, why not give my spring wardrobe a spin, right? I have been looking for all things white lately to wear this Spring/Summer. I got me this comfiest White jeans and they are just a perfect pair. The material is so soft and it is true to size.

I wore this outfit yesterday when we went for a factory tour of one of the biggest guitar makers here in the U.S. Walking around the working area in the factory was an exercise and these jeans are just my savior. I really did not feel that I am wearing a pair of jeans. Also the top was just right for the weather and paired it with this pair of wedge sandals. They are the Chloe dupes and I just fell in love with the comfort and style of it, also the amazing prize tag.
