Good morning from Maryland! Finally back from our 2 week vacation. If you have been following me on instagram you have seen some of my post from our trip but since we were always ot and about. I have not posted all of those outfit and travel inspiration here on the blog. Starting today you will see all the wonderful outfits and travel photos to keep you inspired and this Beach Day in Mykonos with my Perfect All Day Maxi Dress. Mykonos is best for family vacations as I have heard because I haven’t been to the most famous Santorini. In this island most beaches are close by just like this Aegios Stafenos Beach here is 5 mins away from our hotel which happens to be above the beach.

I have worn this perfect dress for sunset dinner and then went straight to the beach for some family fun with the gorgeous water and sands. it was a cloudy day but it was perfect as we all enjoyed the view, the sound of the relaxing waves. We were dancing on the beach with the kids and they started collecting some rocks which they brought back here in the US. The dress is super soft and I actually sat on it. It was also being pushed away by the breeze and I was able to feel its softness on my skin. This is definitely one that you would want to wear when you are out on a sunny day too. You will love the fabric!

Exploring Mykonos Town

Boungiurno from Italy! I do apologize for not posting consistently this week and last week and you all know. We are on our family trip here in Europe and we are always out and about and when we are staying in the hotel or our relatives house. We catch up with each other so I really coudn’t keep up.

Today, I am sharing our trip to Mykonos Town last week. This is a very small town but it is so pretty as you can see in the pictures. Here you can find different restaurants, shopping places both high end and low. You will get to see the famous picture perfect view of the sea and the windmills.

Our family really enjoyed strolling around here. We rented a car as our hotel is few miles away from here. I liked it that way and will tell you why when I post about our hotel and why I chose to book it.

Pool Day in Mykonos

It was indeed a pool day in Mykonos even though the weather was a little cold. Once we were dipped in the pool it was nothing. As long as we are under the gorgeous sun! The kids and the whole family was so happy because we were able to swim. If you have been following me you know we do love to be in the pool or beach. This pool in our hotel here was the perfect spot with a gorgeous view. It was so deep though so Adi was only able to swim on the side so she can grab the edge of the pool. While Aidan, I am glad I brought his life vest then we did not have to worry about him.

As for the kids swimsuit, it was all from Gymboree and mine is from HM. I was looking for a bikini set but was not confident enough to show my tummy so I opted to wear this high waisted bikini. I love it so much!!! I know you will too and I am also excited to wear my other swimsuit. Stay tuned on that one as it is something I haven’t worn before.

When in Verona, Italy

Why did we choose to visit Verona? I have watched the movie Letters to Juliet and I was amazed by the beauty of the location. That is why I asked our relatives in Italy to give us a tour of that city. When in Verona, Italy we went to visit The Piazza Delle Erbe, Piazza Bra, Casa de Giulietta, Torre dei Lamberti, if we have arrived earlier we would have seen more and here is the link to all other beautiful places to see, it was 2 hours away from Modena, Italy were we were staying.

As for the outfit I chose to wear this chic and comfy red top paired with jeans and this very comfy pair of laced up shoes.

A Day at Cinque Terre

Caio from Italy! Sharing our first day trip here to one of my favorite countries. A day at Cinque Terre is very relaxing even though it was a quick day trip. I just wanna say thank you to all my husband relatives here. They were the ones who always being our tour guide, free board and lodging and everything!! I thank them for their time as this will be hard to do for our family to travel with kids if we have to do this by ourselves. Specially travelling with kids on a budget 🙂

We are staying in Modena, which is a 2 hour drive to Cinque Terre, the drive was a little scary as we were on the mountain cliff but next to the beautiful view. The parking attendant at Cinque Terre suggested to take the train because it is easier and safer . As for the outfit, It was a little chilly so I decided to wear this ruffled long sleeve style and wore the comfiest flat shoes.

Happy Hump day! Here is the second outfit review for Stylewe. The first outfit post here in case you missed it. Again, I am doing this Brand review for Stylewe.

Quality of the Dress:

The material is what I expected it to be, Very Good! I am loving lace dress lately.

Size:

True to size, I am wearing Medium here.

Price:

The price is right, the quality and style of the dress justifies it.

Shipping:

It took 10 days since when the order was placed.

Packaging:

Good packaging as I have stated on the first post.

Happy Monday! I was asked by Stylewe to review their products for them. I always would like to try new products to help you all and give some insights about it. I was asked to try 2 clothes from their site and this black star wrap dress is rthe one I chose to pick and the second dress I will show you guys on the next blog post I was not able to take pictures of both at the same time.

Quality of the Dress:

The material is good, I did not see any damage and it is soft.

Size:

The dress is true to size as I got it perfectly fit for me. They have a size guide which is accurate I should say.

Price:

This one I must say is over priced for the quality of the dress.

Shipping:

It took 10 days for the item to arrive which is not bad.

Packaging:

Good packaging and has a proper label, size and tag

Overall:

The dress style, size and shipping is good but the price is high for the dress. I will wait for the price to drop for this one.

Happy Friday! Sharing my colorful spring dress from my ever favorite easy dress, Karina dresses! Nothing beats having to wear just one piece and you are done. Another thing is the color of this dress gets me. It just have this color vibe that makes me smile. I probably make other people smile when they see my dress. I just had to wear this ever favorite sandals I got from Marshalls and I found a similar color and style.

I also wanna share my excitement for my upcoming trip. Something to look forward, one more week and we will be on vacation for 2 weeks. We are heading to Europe so make sure to follow along to see where we are going. I haven’t packed yet I will probably start this weekend little by little as I have to pack for 4 people. I also have to sort my ootd’s for that trip. As a fashionista, that should be planned ahead right? What are your thoughts about this dress? Will you wear something like this?

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. As for me it was a very relaxing one since it was gloomy. We did not go anywhere and just stayed home. I was able to finish all the chores early and able hand out with the family. Today, when you read this I will be at work for my day job being a physical therapist. I always drink my tea or coffee, eat breakfast with the hubby as kids still asleep every time I leave the house and play a good song while driving to work. Then I start my day praying and just move on with my day and release all the positive energy I have. As my patients always tells me, where do you get your energy? I always sings and dance for them sometimes… Manic right? But I really do feel that it helps them because most of them are in pain (literally).

So sharing this simple look I have here. I called it Manic Monday Look because it is simple but lively with the simple earth colors combined. You will probably see me wear these booties because they are so comfy.

What to Pack for a Spring Vacation

The question is What to pack for a Spring vacation? I will be on vacation with family next month and so excited for it. We are travelling to Europe for 2 weeks and I am already working on my outfits for that trip. I have created 2 looks here for the places we will be going there. As for the city tour, you always want to wear something chic and comfortable. You know you will be walking around so no heels for me. These espadrilles will do the work or might wanna wear sneakers too. Always check the temperature of the place you are going to ahead of time. You might wanna take with you some light jackets just in case because spring is tricky, most of the time it is cold in the morning and night time. Also protect your skin, take with you some sun screens.

If you are heading to the beach then of course you’ll have to have a cute swimsuit, sandals and those straw bags, sunglasses and hat to protect you from heat. Same for the city tour, you need sun screens. Add a pair of flip flops for you to wear when you are getting ready to swim (something that is okay to get wet). You might want to wear off shoulder top and a pair of shorts.

If you are bound to do some hiking then always take with you your work out clothes, tennis shoes and a back pack. You really will need this anyway if you are a work out junkie and continue to stay in shape even when travelling.

Where ever you are heading, these are the basic things to pack with you and you are good to go.
