I know I have 2 kids but sometimes, it is also good to have a mom and daughter bonding, it’s a girl thing! We both understand each other with our girly girly scheme. So I thought of having some mother and daughter Fall Adventures just here at home while my son was spending time with the grandparents.
Our backyard is just the right size but we have a bunch of trees which gave us enough leaves to play around. It is one of the wonderful times of the year seeing and playing with these beautiful colorful leaves. We also gave ourselves a treat with hot chocolate. This is another memory to treasure that she can remember growing up. Plus we were very comfortable moving around because of our warm and comfy shoes here from Koolaburra by UGG. Adi kept on telling me how she loves her new pair of boots. Such a good quality material and the design is really pretty.
Fun Facts about us Mom and daughter:
We both love to sing ( we are members of our church choir) and we both can play a little bit of guitar.
We both love art specially drawing!!
We enjoy baking together in the kitchen teaching her how to mix everything.
We love dressing up and doing fashion shoes inside the house.
We love doing movie nights.

It is the start of the work week and here is a powerful outfit to conquer the rest of the week. Wearing animal print is my other favorite during this season and I am glad to find this Leopard Faux Fur Coat to keep me chic and stylish. This coat kept me warm and the style I am really loving it. It matched my favorite ankle boots but you can also wear it with another leopard print shoes or a black shoes.
I was inspired to wear this because I saw one of the famous fashion style influencer was wearing it and mine is way cheaper than hers. I was also glad I was also able to make use of my husband motorcycle to add more spice to this photo shoot. Making the whole thing look fierce, Girlbosses!
What are you up to this week girl bosses? I have been working on this beautiful project and it includes my daughter. I am so exited to share them to you so stay tuned. I really enjoyed working with her and this is another girl bonding for us. She was so excited for this project too. I wanted to let my son join us but he went to the mall with the grandparents to hang out with them. Since we haven’t seen them in 2 years so they are spending time together. They are gonna be with us though for 6 months. Glad to be spending this season with them. This will be their first time celebrating the Holidays here.

Talking about Brand Influencer Event for Banana Republic Factory Experience. This has been a long overdue post for me. The Styling event happened 3 months ago and I am just now sharing my experience to all of you and how this experience boosted my self esteem as a fashion blogger.
I was so happy received the message from Chavon (assistant Manager) at Banana Republic Factory in Clarksburg, Maryland. She was inviting me to be the guest stylist for their event which was also the first for them. The concept was for them to put up a table were they showcase their new arrivals and for me as the guest to assist customers on their styling needs. As a fashion blogger, It was a big achievement for me to be able to do it.
First, I was able to showcase my style with the customers live. How? I was given a budget to get items from their store for me to wear. The dress I was wearing that day was a hit. A lot of people tried it on because thay said it really looked good on me. That is how an influencer work, right? You are able to influence other people try out products because they liked it on you. They can relate because I am not a model am one of them.
Second, I was able to help customers and gave them advice on what items works well together when they were trying it on in the fitting room. I felt so in demand because they were really calling me in the fitting to check the clothes on them and asking for my opinion and advice if it looks good or what will look good. I was able to make some customers get the item because I was bale to help them decide what to buy.
Third, The feeling of being able to help and boost other peoples self esteem as when they were trying on the clothes themselves.
Fourth, I was able to give big discounts to some family and friends, who doesn’t like discounts right?
Fifth, I was able to meet another blogger babe that really supports each other. I asked Tracey of @chiclassyspicy who is also a Maryland based blogger like me if she wants to join the party. And she did, she is such a sweet heart! Both of us were giving styling tips on the customer. That really made it even better because it felt like you were out with your girlfriend and you were helping each other finding the right outfit for you.
There was this lady, she came to the store because she was looking for outfit for her destination wedding pre-nup photo shoot. She was showing us a picture of the shoes she would want to wear and from there we were able to come up with an outfit for her. And do you know what that it? She actually fell in love with the very same dress I was wearing that day. We did not have the same body type but we both were able to give justice to the dress. But in my opinion she wore it better because she got those assets in the right places. If you know what I mean? Lol!

While I was typing this blog post I can still feel and visualize that special moment. All bloggers wants to experience this type of event where you felt you were a star. Happy Friday!!! I am so excited for the weekend because it is a 3 day weekend for me. Why? It is special because tomorrow is our 11th wedding anniversary. I just wanna enjoy the moment with the family and relax and maybe we can squeeze in a little date with hubby while the kids are in school….
And as for the outfit, I just wanna experiment on adding a hat on this lovely sweater dress. I was thinking of pairing it with an OTK but I changed my mind as it was not that cold when I wore this. It will be more appropriate if the temperature dropped a little bit more. I would also add a scarf if it gets really cold. This sweater is super soft and light and very easy to wear.
I was really loving this style that I created and I was actually working outside my comfort zone. As you may all notice I am not a hat person but I kinda was able to work this out.

Who wants to look expensive and classy? I know all of us will raise our hand. So I came up with this look that I believe is a perfect look for being a #Girlboss. I know I have talked about it last week on the post about me wearing a blazer and feeling it. With this one, there is already a touch of class with the tweed coat. In case you don’t know that Chanel makes very good tweed coat. Well, my beauty here cannot afford it yet. So I came up with this budget friendly but still gives the same effect when you wear it.
There are a lot of ways to wear this Coat. It can be worn in the office or just a simple casual coat for an everyday style. It will already give you the look of a CEO. Let’s start with that feeling first and then make it happen, right?
For me, this look is another style that makes me feel that I can conquer the world. And since the tweed coat a good color scheme. You can literally match anything with it. I was bale to wear my favorite velvet heels again on this one. And the handbag that I am really obsessed with this Fall. This rusty pink handbag!!

Happy Monday! Today I am sharing you this look that I am really proud that I created. I was really envisioning it and it came out very pretty. I thought I was not gonna be able to pull this really pretty sparkly over sized sweater. When it comes to Monday we all have to be excited for it, I know it is the start of the work week but it is also a start of something nice. We just have to create it, right? As for the sweater, all of us will be going to wear sweaters, so why night add some glam in to it. They may all be sweater but you can always make it rock like this one. I am so obsessed with this look and style.
It actually was better for me to tucked it in as it gave more shape and style in to it. I just had to pair it with my favorite over the knee boots, the on trend baker boy hat and skinny jeans and too add more color to the look this lovely handbag.

It’s finally Friday! And here is my Fall layering Friday look that you can wear if you will be going to a happy hour tonight. This look is simply chic and with the velvety details. Do you love wearing velvet during fall? Do you remember my velvet ankle boots last fall? I kinda like wearing them this season and matching it with the other neutral color to add life to it.
This season is the 2nd to my heart after summer because of the colorful leaves and the chill the air brings. We are allowed to still wear our summer clothes just add appropriate layering to it just like this lovely cardigan. You can also wear a leather jacket or a trench coat depending on the temp.
I am loving the simplicity and how easy this outfit is. It is so light and very comfy and those shoes I am so in love. If you have been watching my instastories. I wore it last weekend and I matched with my daughters velvet sneakers. I know I will be wearing more of this style this season.

Happy Wednesday! Today I wanna share my #Girlboss look to all of you. I always incorporate wearing blazers to all those corporate CEO’s. It just makes me feel confident and I know you will do too when you wear one. I paired it with those snake skin boots for it to look more casual than like a work outfit. So I came up with Red long blazer and Snake Skin Ankle Boots. Because as a #Girlboss I believe I should be able to wear anything that I want. Right? It is just a matter on how confidently you are wearing it. Also the color choice I made here is a combination of Red and black which are very strong colors. It really gave me the feeling of being fierce and that I can do anything. Just Like what I posted here on my instagram about the Dove Empowering women.
Since I have been talking about confidence and empowerment. I actually found an interesting and helpful way to boost your confidence and will power as a blogger/entrepreneur. I started trying out audible and I kinda got addicted to it that I already bought another book. I was actually listening to it over lunch break and when I was driving and it already changed my mood. I was actually listening to How to build self-discipline. I am almost done listening to it and it gave me the energy to write this blog post right now so I do not have to cram early in the morning.
I hope I was able to give inspiration specially when you are feeling down and feels like you are going to a wrong direction. As I also feel the same way with my blogging career. I need some motivation to strive for the better… best! I felt that I was slacking lately and was not being able to post consistently for you guys.

Happy Monday! Sorry went MIA last Friday, just got busy with everything. But here I am sharing this look and glad to be able to wear it because it felt like fall over the weekend. I have been confused with the weather lately. I just don’t wanna complain because I kinda like the transition of summer to fall.
About the dress, it is so beautiful and flowy I should say. I love the color of, very fall! I was also thinking of wearing it with an OTK boots. Since it is already in the darker shade of the color scheme. Knowing my style I added neutral colored details with it like my favorite handbag and those boots. I always want to create balance in my style. I love the feel of the dress it is so soft and you can feel that it is high quality but the price point is not. I love shopping at boohoo because they are always on sale like 50-60% off. They also have a lot of items that I truly love!!!
This outfit I can wear as my Sunday Best and also just a regular casual look. I hope I was able to give inspiration if you are into a hunt for a maxi dress.
