And yes! I am blogging for almost 3 years now and my motivation: Just Do It! How I got my Confidence and be able to start a Fashion/Lifestyle/Travel Blog. If I did not start this blogging journey in 2015. I’d probably still wondering if I can do this. The key is if you have the vision, dream and passion for something. Stop procrastinating and just do it. You will never know where it will take you until you try it. So far I am really enjoying what I am doing here on the side.

I started blogging because I was inspired by those top fashion influencers like Aimee Song, Rachel Parcell and Christine Andrew. I really enjoy looking at their instagram feed wearing nice outfits and living the life. And so I was really afraid to dive in but I did. I know I have the passion for fashion as I have mentioned before that I really wanted to be a model, mind you, runway model as I want to wear beautiful outfits, travel the world and stuff like that. The one I always see on those fashion magazines I read all the time. I made it one time to one of those magazines. I was able to show off one time showing real girls, real body series of Cosmopolitan Philippines back in 2014. I really do believe that if you want something done, just start it. Along the way keep on improving yourself to achieve your end goal whatever it is.

I am writing this to inspire all the women out there and my readers that is you can dream it, you can do it too. To tell you all the truth, back in High school I had very low self esteem. I don’t want to look at the public restroom mirrors as I always taught I will be the ugliest face there together with the other girls. I also did not want to wear shorts in public as I am insecure with my legs. I was so shy that I do not have that much friends in high school.

And look at me now modelling for all of you. Showing off different outfits with confidence. I am actually back tracking how I got my confidence. I do believe it started when I met my husband, my boyfriend then. He always tells me you can do it! He always believe in me. So if he believes in me why will I not believe in myself right? So I encourage you all that what ever your hearts desire. try to pursue it and you will be happy. Just like this at least partially I feel like I was able to fulfill that modelling dream. Also hang out with people who believe in your abilities and to those that you know will support you no matter what.

Writing this one, I felt like I wrote a novel of my life even though I know I am not a good writer that is why I’d rather pose for a picture 🙂 lol! I hope I was able to inspire you ladies to reach for your dreams in my own little way. As I always mention. I want to connect with all of you and if you have questions just send me a message. Happy Monday! Today I am sharing you this lovely Green Trench Coat I wore over the weekend. It was so windy when we were doing this photo shoot but it actually made a good effects on the pictures. The only thing lacking is a helicopter in the background right? That is actually one of my dreams is to ride one, I am so inspired by @hellofashionblog as she does it all the time.

As for this look, during the winter we always see dark colors like mostly black. So I tried adding this dark green coat to add some life to the whole outfit. I am so glad that it did and it really stand out! I am not really into green much but I really love this dark green color, it is such a classy color to add to the wardrobe.

I can also wear this with all white outfit. That is actual;ly one on my outfit vision board. I was thinking of a perfect white jumpsuit and viola, That can automatically be a transitioning style from winter to spring look. What do you think? I apologize for the late upload. As you may notice I have not been regularly posting on the blog. It was supposed to be MWF and I have been personally been very busy. As you all know I work full time, I am a mom, I also am a vocalist of a band… I know I do a lot of stuff on the side. But I love fashion more than anything as my extra curricular activity.

That being said, I am here to give you inspiration early for Valentines day. I was shopping at Gap Factory and found a lot of cute items on sale and found this cute tee and got me thinking this is a very simple outfit we can al wear on Vday as a casual look. Very easy to pull and can be worn all year round not only on “THE” day.

I added all pops of red I can find in my closet. I was thinking of adding my red beret but I thought It will be an overkill. Do you love wearing something for any occasion? Happy Monday all! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I just wanna share to you all what I wore this weekend during one of the festivals we had at church. I just kept it simple wearing this perfect fit High waist jeans I scored at HM. I also hot this cute sweater from Gap to pair with it and loving it all together, This pair of jeans surely made my legs look longer. That has always been my body issue as I am 5’6″ tall but sometimes it doesn’t show in the photos because my torso is actually longer. Do you share the same sentiments? Then this jeans is for you! I am glad I came across with something that really fits me. I am wearing size 8 here. Have you tried and embrace the high waist jeans trend? I am loving it so much.

This look is actually a bit for Spring to me. So happy to have the 60 degree Spring like weather yesterday. I did not even have to wear a coat over this look. You know you can always just add a winter trench or a teddy coat over this outfit when the temperature starts to drop. Which did not happen to me so it was really perfect! Do you like graphic tees or sweaters like this. I just found it so cute.

Have you ever thought that sometimes you wish winter is over? You always wear cute outfits but then you don’t get to show it because it is too cold to even remove your coat. So here is what is inside my Winter Coat look. I was able to snag some items from the Zara sale and found these cute blouse and my current obsession (white boots!!) they are both under $30. Such a great style and quality and perfect sale items. You can ear this until Spring comes.

I am really into this white boots because it is just the opposite of black and can also be worn with anything! And You shouldn’t be wearing white after labor day is the thing of the past, I believe you can just wear about anything as long as you wear your confidence with it. Am i right? It is how you project yourself and it is the best outfit you can ever wear.

Want to add a touch of Spring to your Winter wardrobe? Glad to have tried this one, chunky knit sweater forever! It is the warmest, cutest and coziest sweater I have ever worn. I really thought it will only be best for spring but I was wrong. It was 20 degrees when we were shooting this and never felt cold. It made me wanna sing, the cold neve r bothered me anyway!

This is one sweater that you can wear now until Spring. It is also easy to style, you just add this to your basic look and it will already give it the stylish feel. As you can see here I am only wearing the classic white pumps and basic spaghetti top and jeans and when I added this chunky knit sweater, viola! Outfit elevated or I should say upgraded!

Winter can be so brutal that even though you are wearing the most stylish inside, you cannot show it off because of the cold. You will end up just keeping the jacket, coat or sweater on. That being said you’d rather invest in stylish outwear styles, right? That is my recommendation for all you fashionistas out there.

It is exceptionally warm today here in Maryland and wearing this Shearling wool jacket to keep you warm will need a break today. It will surely be used again his weekend because temps will start to drop again and back to the true winter weather. I just love the simplicity of this style as to add some spice I wore my white kitten heel booties that I am currently obsessed right now. I have been wearing it frequently! For a more low key look, the best combination would be UGGs as they blend together.

I wore this to run some errands and got a lot of compliments with it. Maybe because a lot of people can relate to ne wearing it around this time of the year and the neutral color is so easy to pair with anything. I just love the versatility of this jacket and the warmth it can give you. The collar is the best part of it where you can wear up to replace the scarf or wear it rolled down just for a more relaxed feel.

I know we just started the first leg of Winter but I am already so done with it. Can we fast forward into Spring please?! Do not get me wrong I love wearing pretty coats and jackets but it is too cold still. I wanna show off the outfit inside, Now you get me? So here is my idea of an outfit for spring and I am so excited that this Friday it will be 63 degrees yeepee! I’ll will definitely break this off shoulder sweater in. I am also all out for the Sprig fling with this light blue cross body bag pairing it all with my current obsession, the white kitten heels booties.

Are you with me on fast forwarding Spring? As you may notice that I did photo shoot inside the house so sorry about the lighting, it was already pitch black outside. I have been wanting to do the photo shoot outdoors but it was 12 degrees. I did not want to take any chances and catch a cold. I hope you understand but this sweater dress is so chic and comfy.

I just feel so confident with this outfit and walking around with these chic booties, who wouldn’t be. So for you from the North East like me, let’s start wearing our fresh Spring wardrobe. we should be investing on them already right? It is a Holiday in Monday and what does that mean, sales! Who is experiencing a lot of snow days lately? I know we are at least like once a week. I am glad I am winter ready in red puffer jacket I got from my favorite inline store boohoo. This jacket is making a statement this season and can be paired with different types of shoes. I am actually wearing a dressy boots and it did work well together. I also saw another blogger wearing it with a white Dr. Marten boots which was also cool. aside from the white it also goes well with this snow boots.

Are you also obsessed with this trend? Do you have one already? Share your thoughts on this striking red color. It looks good with the snow as it gives a crystal clear vision of a perfect winter. You may also add some cute beanies to go with the outfit when the weather calls for it. It is windy right now her in Maryland and wearing a cute beanie will be an amazing combo.

Happy New Year! Cozy feels with Teddy Coat trend, why not? It is brutally cold outside for the past few days as temperature drops as low 12 degrees. Having a coat like this made me feel warm while I was walking the streets of Alexandria right after the snow fall. It was so cold when we were shooting for this look but I must say. The coat that will give you chic, comfort and style. I just wanna keep it simple by pairing it with an all black outfit. In case you did not know that wearing black has a warm effect that is why you wouldn’t wanna wear so much of it in the summer because you will definitely feel it when the sun starts to penetrate through it. (sorry it was too scientific :))

It was a lovely afternoon at my favorite King Street in Alexandria, VA. In case you will visit the DMV area, make sure to stop by there as you will see a lot of storesand restaurants. Visit it at night as well as they have the whole street lit up.
