Are you like me that is afraid of wearing turtlenecks as it makes you look like you do not have a neck? I honestly had to re-shoot this as my first pictures were not the one I was really expecting it to be. But I do found a trick on how to style it and will make your neck look longer.
As you noticed I tied my hair here and it is already drawing the attention to my head and face when you look at me as compared to my hair being down. I also Tucked in only the front part of the sweater so it doesn’t make me look bigger and wider since this is an oversized sweater. I pulled the sleeves a little bit but it actually really doesn’t need to be, It just added style to it. I also wore a black pants to make my legs look longer. I am actually 5’6″ in height but my torso is actually longer than my legs and I also am a little heavy in my thighs so black pants created a silhouette of a loner legs. Lastly, I wore a heeled ankle boots to complete the whole ensemble.
I know you can relate to me if we have the same body type as I always think that turtlenecks are only look good when worn by a very skinny person. It proved me wrong when I tried wearing it differently.
I hope I was able to give you guys an example so you don’t have to be afraid wearing this type of sweater.
Happy Monday and have a wonderful week ahead as it is Thanksgiving week. It is the best time to be with Family and friends.
